hi, can give me tips for build tank high agro and ampr ?

use Knight Skills if possible, they were designed for this.
get at least one gear piece with the "aggro +#%" stat.

single target attacks only generate aggro on the target, AoE attacks generate aggro on all targets hit.
self-buff skills only generate aggro on enemies that target you, party-buff skills generate aggro on all enemies in battle.
some skills are treated as self-targeting unless an ally is within effect range, and some skills (War Cry) multiply their aggro by the number of allies.

if you use a shield, the Shield Skill "Guardian" is the best option for generating and maintaining aggro.
